Who is?
Billy is a puppet featured in the Saw film series, often used by the Jigsaw killer, John Kramer, to communicate with his victims. Though not a character in itself, Billy acts as a messenger, delivering instructions and taunting messages to those trapped in Jigsaw's deadly games. Billy has a distinctive appearance, with pale white skin, red spirals on his cheeks, red lips, and dark, messy hair. He is most often seen riding a tricycle, which has become an iconic image in the Saw franchise.
Billy is not the killer but serves as the symbolic face of Jigsaw’s twisted philosophy, appearing on video screens or in person to explain the rules of the life-or-death traps.
