Who is?

The "Burning Man" from Fantastic Four is Johnny Storm, also known as the Human Torch. He has the ability to engulf his body in flames, fly, and control fire. As the younger brother of Sue Storm (Invisible Woman), Johnny is known for his impulsive personality, adventurous spirit, and iconic catchphrase, "Flame on!"
