Who is?

Governor Ryder Azadi is a character from the Star Wars universe, appearing in both Star Wars Rebels and the live-action series Ahsoka. He was once the governor of Lothal, a planet under Imperial control. After being removed from power and imprisoned by the Empire for opposing their rule, Azadi became a key member of the resistance against the Empire on Lothal.

In Star Wars Rebels, he helps the Ghost crew, a group of rebels, in their mission to free Lothal. Azadi's deep knowledge of his planet and his commitment to justice make him a valuable ally. In Ahsoka, he continues to play a significant role in the fight for freedom and justice in the galaxy, reflecting his enduring dedication to the cause of the Rebellion.
