Who is?

Silro Barsha, also known by the alias Silro Ruback, was a cunning human crime lord during the Galactic Civil War between the Empire and the Rebel Alliance. As the leader of the rising criminal syndicate Zerek Besh, he held power in the luxurious West Hill Palace near the casino city of Canto Bight on Cantonica. Though his organization was feared in the galaxy’s criminal underworld, Zerek Besh was actually a covert operation orchestrated by the Imperial Security Bureau to tighten the Empire's grip on the underworld. Despite his formidable enforcers, Barsha’s influence attracted the attention of Rebel spies, making him a target in the escalating conflict.
