Who is?

General Hurst Romodi was a high-ranking Imperial officer who served as a military strategist in the Galactic Empire . He was present during the Death Star conference room scene in Star Wars: A New Hope (1977), where Grand Moff Tarkin discussed the Empire's growing power. Romodi had previously fought in the Clone Wars and later played a key role in enforcing Imperial rule across the galaxy. He perished when the Death Star was destroyed at the Battle of Yavin .
