Who is?

Ubrik Adelhardt is a character in the Star Wars universe known for his role within the Galactic Empire. As the Governor of the Anoat sector, Adelhardt rules with an iron fist, maintaining strict control over his territories following the fall of Emperor Palpatine. His governance is marked by harsh measures and an unyielding loyalty to the remnants of the Empire. Adelhardt's character highlights the struggles for power and control within the fragmented Empire after the Battle of Endor, showing the lengths to which Imperial officers will go to retain their authority and uphold Imperial rule.
