Who is?

Vik is a clone prisoner featured in Star Wars: The Bad Batch . He is held in the secret Mount Tantiss facility, where the Empire conducts illicit experiments. Vik, like other clones imprisoned there, represents the ongoing exploitation and manipulation of clones by the Empire, adding depth to the series' exploration of its dark and unethical practices.
