Who is?

Colonel Siward Cass was a senior Imperial officer and aide to Grand Moff Tarkin aboard the Death Star in Star Wars: A New Hope (1977). He was present during the conference room scene , where Tarkin declared the dissolution of the Senate . Cass perished when the Death Star was destroyed at the Battle of Yavin .
