Who is?

Rear Admiral Conan Antonio Motti was a high-ranking officer in the Imperial Navy , serving aboard the Death Star in Star Wars: A New Hope (1977). Known for his arrogance and skepticism , he famously mocked Darth Vader's belief in the Force—only to be Force-choked as a warning. Motti met his end when the Rebel Alliance destroyed the Death Star at the Battle of Yavin.
