Who is?

Ysanne Isard, also known as "Iceheart", was the Director of Imperial Intelligence during the Galactic Civil War and one of the most ruthless figures in the Galactic Empire. Recognizable by her mismatched eyes (one blue and one red), Isard was feared for her cunning, ambition, and brutal methods.

Following the death of Emperor Palpatine, she seized control of the Empire, becoming a de facto ruler for a period. Isard was infamous for her role in the Bacta War, where she attempted to cripple the New Republic by controlling the galaxy's supply of bacta, a critical healing substance.

Her cold, calculated approach to leadership made her one of the most dangerous adversaries of the Rebel Alliance and later the New Republic.
