Who is?
Before the Battle of Yavin, Tion led the victory of the planet Ralltiir, targeting the High Council due to its ties with the Rebel Alliance. In a brutal purge, he ordered the execution of council members, dismantling their political influence. Tion aimed to establish a surveillance system in Ralltiir's administrative center, capable of intercepting unprotected communications.
His oppressive tactics drew the ire of Princess Leia Organa, who visited Ralltiir in 0 BBY on a humanitarian mission. Shocked by Tion's methods, she cleverly deceived him, managing to escape the planet while evading both Tion and Darth Vader.
Later, Tion was invited to Alderaan by Leia and her adoptive father, Bail Organa. During a dinner, he inadvertently discovered their knowledge of the Empire's secret plans and the Death Star. This revelation sparked a heated argument that escalated into chaos, resulting in Tion's accidental death from a gunshot. To cover up the incident, his body was concealed in Alderaan's royal wildlife park, made to appear as if it were an unfortunate accident.
