When you see her leaning against the bar in the saloon in El Paso, you only see delicate lace, blonde hair, and an alluring smile. But don't be fooled: Miss LaFleur is no fragile desert flower – she is a deadly thorned vine.

Her true story begins thousands of miles away, in the dazzling high society of Paris. There, she moved in the highest aristocratic circles, a sought-after lady at every masquerade ball and elite reception. But wherever Miss LaFleur appeared, the Grim Reaper was not far behind. Sudden deaths accumulated among the wealthy men who had the pleasure of retreating with her at night. The curious thing was: every single one of these aristocrats was found cold, stiff, and with an inexplicably wide, almost blissful grin on his face the next morning. Only a fool would believe this cause of death was an accident.

When the French Gendarmerie started asking the wrong questions, and the noose tightened around her delicate neck, she packed her bags and vanished into the fog overnight. No trace, no farewell letter.

Now she wreaks havoc in the dusty desert sands of El Paso. As a dancer in the local saloon, she has found the perfect hunting ground to seek out her next prey: men with too much money in their pockets and too little blood in their brains, who blindly succumb to her charms.

So, cowboys, be warned: anyone who gets involved in a private card game or a dance with Miss LaFleur might experience the best night of his life – but most certainly also his last.
