Who is?

Commander Bly, officially designated CC-5052, was a prominent officer in the 327th Star Corps, serving directly under Jedi General Aayla Secura during the Clone Wars. Known for his yellow-marked Phase II armor and visor, Bly was a highly skilled and loyal leader who executed missions on some of the most dangerous battlefronts in the galaxy.

Bly’s role in the Clone Wars, including his tragic involvement in Order 66, makes him an iconic figure in Star Wars lore.
