Who is?

Bib Fortuna is a fictional character in the Star Wars universe, introduced in Return of the Jedi (1983). He is a Twi'lek male and serves as a major-domo for Jabba the Hutt, handling various tasks, including dealing with visitors to Jabba's palace on Tatooine. Known for his distinctive lekku (head-tails) and red eyes, he often tries to manipulate situations to his advantage but is ultimately loyal to Jabba. Bib Fortuna makes an appearance at the end of The Mandalorian Season 2, where he temporarily takes over Jabba's position until Boba Fett arrives.
