Who is?

Lieutenant Sheckil is a minor character in the Star Wars universe, appearing in "Star Wars: Episode V – The Empire Strikes Back." He serves as an officer in the Galactic Empire and is stationed on Cloud City, Bespin, during the Empire's occupation. Sheckil is notable for his role in the capture of Princess Leia, Chewbacca, and C-3PO, following orders from Darth Vader. His character represents the dutiful and obedient nature of Imperial officers, contributing to the Empire's oppressive control over the galaxy.
