Who is?

General Cassio Tagge was a high-ranking Imperial officer who served as the Chief of the Imperial Army aboard the Death Star in Star Wars: A New Hope (1977). He was one of the few Imperial officers who recognized the growing threat of the Rebel Alliance and urged caution regarding their capabilities.
