Who is?

Admiral Wullf Yularen is a well-known character in the Star Wars universe, serving in both the Galactic Republic and the Galactic Empire. Initially introduced as a Republic naval officer during the Clone Wars, Yularen played a crucial role as a tactician, often working closely with Jedi Generals like Anakin Skywalker. Known for his strategic mind and unwavering loyalty, Yularen later transitioned to a role within the Imperial Security Bureau (ISB) as an officer, where he continued to uphold the Empire's interests and maintain order.
