Who is?

Tenzigo Weems was a technician who was part of a team of analysts under Davits Dravens in the Alliance for the Restoration of the Republic, responsible for analyzing various communication signals from across the galaxy and holding the rank of Private. It was Weems who tracked Rogue One's progress from Jedha to Eadu in 0 VSY and reported Rogue One's encounter with the Galatian Empire. He later intercepted a signal from Caluan Ematt reporting that his unit had been eliminated by the ISB and that he was now stuck on Cyrkon.
