Information on delivery and production times
To offer you this wide and unique selection of characters, we don't mass-produce. Most of our figures are "made to order" and are printed exclusively for you only after you place your order. We produce exactly what you're currently most excited about every day. This not only prevents unsold stock but, above all, guarantees you uncompromising and consistent quality. We handle every single print job fresh and can intervene immediately in the event of even the slightest production errors. You won't receive dusty old stock, but a fresh, one-of-a-kind piece.
We're a small team of three, and we handle everything ourselves, from the design to the packaging tape. Sometimes, due to extremely high demand, we run out of a specific hairstyle or leg color and have to quickly reorder it through our Bricklink dealer network. That's why we communicate with absolute clarity: your custom product requires approximately 10 business days of order processing time in our workshop before the package is handed over to the shipping provider and transit begins. True custom quality takes time – but it's worth the wait.
