Who is?

Captain Stam is a character from the 5th Fleet Security Corps, a unit within the Grand Army of the Republic during the Clone Wars. The 5th Fleet Security Corps was responsible for protecting Republic military vessels and maintaining security in various space venues. They also served in a military police capacity on various worlds occupied by the Galactic Republic. The majority of this corps's personnel wore standard white armor accompanied by blue markings.
