Who is?

Jax is a minor character in Star Wars: The Bad Batch. He is a young boy who resides on Pabu, the tranquil island community that serves as a temporary haven for Clone Force 99. Jax represents the innocence and hope of everyday civilians trying to live normal lives amidst the turmoil of the Empire's growing control over the galaxy. His presence helps illustrate the impact of the Empire's actions on ordinary citizens.
