Who is:

The Narkina 5 Voice of God is the omnipresent authority that controls the high-security prison on Narkina 5. It is an automated voice system used by the Empire to issue commands, maintain discipline, and instill fear among the prisoners. Cold, emotionless, and unwavering, the Voice of God ensures that inmates follow the strict rules without question, reminding them that any disobedience will be met with severe consequences. Its disembodied presence is a constant reminder of the Empire's absolute control over those trapped within its walls.
