Who is?

Mara Jade is a significant character in the Star Wars Expanded Universe (now Legends). She was initially introduced as the Emperor's Hand, a highly trained assassin and operative loyal to Emperor Palpatine. After the Emperor's death, she embarked on a mission to kill Luke Skywalker but eventually turned away from the dark side. Over time, Mara became a powerful Jedi Knight and married Luke Skywalker, playing a crucial role in many stories of the Expanded Universe, particularly in the Thrawn Trilogy and beyond.
