Terrinald Screed was a human male who served as an officer in the Galactic Republic's Judicial Department during its final years. He was an early political ally of Senator Palpatine and supported the Military Creation Act, advocating for a unified military force to combat the Separatist threat. During the Clone Wars, Screed served in the Republic Navy and, alongside Captain Jan Dodonna, commanded the Victory Fleet that defeated Confederate forces under Dua Ningo. Their success led to his promotion to vice admiral and command of the Coruscant Home Fleet.
