Who is?

Dr. Kurt Connors, often referred to as "The Reptilian Doctor," is a Marvel character who transforms into the Lizard, a powerful, reptilian creature. A brilliant scientist, Dr. Connors loses his arm in an accident and develops a serum to regenerate it using reptile DNA. However, the serum has a side effect, turning him into the Lizard, a dangerous and uncontrollable alter ego. As the Lizard, he possesses superhuman strength, speed, and agility, often clashing with Spider-Man, who tries to cure him of his monstrous transformation.
