Who is?

The Clone Prisoner in Star Wars: The Bad Batch is a captive held at the Empire’s secret Mount Tantiss facility. This prisoner, like others, is subject to the Empire's unethical experiments and manipulations, reflecting the darker side of the Empire's use of cloning technology. The presence of clone prisoners highlights the ongoing struggle and exploitation faced by clones in the post-Clone Wars era.
