Who is?

Colonel Siward Cass was a senior Imperial officer and aide to Grand Moff Tarkin aboard the Death Star in Star Wars: A New Hope (1977). He was present during the conference room scene, where Tarkin declared the dissolution of the Senate. Cass perished when the Death Star was destroyed at the Battle of Yavin.
